$100 per overnight ($150 per night for holidays)

Puppy (younger than 2 years old): $125 per overnight

• In and out during the day time with your pet

Each additional pet +$5 each night

Last day of service: if leave before noon no extra charge. If leave after 12:00pm +$50

Why A Vacant Home Sitter?

$30 per visit

• Leaving a property empty for extended periods of time can potentially lead to problems both inside & out.

• Many insurance companies have strict stipulations that require the home to be occupied or at least maintained and visited regularly.

What’s the Service?

During your extended absence, I will visit your home (or move-in, see options below) to inspect for common issues that can arise. A complete inspection checklist and various photos will be completed and shared with you over email or text after each visit.

Service Options?

1. Staci lives in your home while you are absent and therefore inspection is ongoing ($30.00 per day)

2. Staci pops by home minimum of once per week to complete inspection and report while you are absent ($40.00 per visit)

Exterior Inspection:

• Ensure entrances are secure: perform visual check for evidence of forced entry vandalism, theft, damage

• Check all outside faucets & hoses for leaks

• Removal of newspapers, flyers, packages, mail or other evidence of non-occupancy from exterior

• Visual inspection of roof/ gutters from ground

• Visual inspection of yard/landscaping

Interior Inspection:

• Check that all windows & entryways are secure

• Check that all inside lighting is flexing according to schedule agreed upon

• Visual inspection for signs of pests

• Visual inspection of walls, ceiling, tubs, showers, saunas, sinks for evidence of water damage, leakage, mold, mildew

• Check thermostat

• Check freezer, refrigerator and disposal to insure working order

• Visually check water heater has no leakage

• Flush all toilets

• Start automobile upon client’s request

• Water plants as appropriate

• Add premeasured chemicals per owner’s instruction to hot tubs (water levels or ensuring chemicals are balanced not part of inspection)

A. Options:

1. Staci's preferred payment method is cash. Arrangements for payment can be made with Staci prior to service.

2. Paypal, due by the last day of service.
